CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Yes, please login at : www.lazydazeco.com with your username and password to check the status of your order. Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received. You will receive your package approximately 7-14 business days after that - unless it is an international shipment.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All Continental US orders will be shipped through our primary mail carrier : UPS. International orders will be shipped by DHL. For a price estimate and tracking information please visit their website: For UPS go to www.ups.com. For DHL go to http://www.dhl.com Please allow 7-14 business days for ground shipping. Some orders will be shipped direct from the manufacturer and some items are made to order. Please be patient as your order will be of the highest quality and we want to re-assure you that it will arrive in one piece. Express Shipping is available upon request, additional charges may apply. Send express shipping requests or any other shipping related inquiries to info@lazydazeco.com. Deliveries to PO Boxes or APO's are shipped by USPS orders and take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Please allow 24 hours for order to be processed, your will receive second confirmation email once order has posted in UPS' system. You can use that tracking number at UPS' website to track your order: http://www.ups.com UPS can also be reached by phone: 1-800-PICK-UPS (U.S customers) 1-800-782-7892 (international customers). It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in UPS' system.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ORDER.. WHAT DO I DO?

We apologize if you have received any damaged items with your order. We understand this is a huge disappointment, but we will exchange any items received damaged or defective. Please create a Return Merchandise Authorization and send those items back to us. You can create a Return Merchandise Authorization by visiting the returns page. Make sure to request an exchange so that we can get you the items you wanted in the first place. Select ‘defective’ as the reason for your return. Lazydaze Counterculture can refund you any shipping charges you might pay to return the mistaken items to us. Just Fax or email us a copy of your shipping receipts, but please use the cheapest shipping method that includes a tracking number. HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER USING A CREDIT CARD?

Select the item you wish to purchase. Select the color and size you want, and click "Add To Cart." The shopping cart on the top right side of your screen will be updated with the contents of your cart. Every item that you add to your cart will be reflected in your shopping cart. If you wish to change what's in your shopping cart, you can click the "view cart" button. In this area you can remove any unwanted items. When you are ready to make a purchase, please click the "Check Out" button. There are 3 Steps to checking out: Step #1 Log in with your username and password. If you do not have a username, you can create one or checkout as a guest. Step #2 Enter your name and shipping address. (Default Shipping Method : Ground) Step #3 Review your order, total due, provide your payment information and billing address, and enter any promo codes or gift certificates. Make sure your billing address matches your credit card billing address. Click SUBMIT ORDER and you are done!
